The picture is taken near the pin on the point, Hole #7 of the Cranstone course, which could be quite treacherous.

It’s a lovely day for a game of disc golf
In an earlier post I noted that the ‘Old Course’ had several holes that ran along the shore of Lake Michigan.
The weather, such as it is in October and early November, could make shot-making a bit of a challenge. Stories abound of shots going astray, catching in the wind and blowing far into the water and high into trees. There is a sad feeling one gets when watching what started off as a good throw get caught in the wind, soar 50 feet in the air and a 75 yards in the opposite direction of the hole.
The picture below shows, from left to right, Cow, Dag and Leo waiting for something…probably your friendly editor, to complete the hole.
All I know is that water was C.O.L.D.

This shot is taken at Good Hart on the ‘Old Course’. Several holes ran along the edge of Lake Michigan and could become quite challenging if the wind and snow were blowing.
