In exchange for the revocation of the informal ‘Leo does a shot whenever someone drives by’ rule a new rule was put in place. The rule is as follows:<\/p>\n “Leo must defend Cow against any statements that imply Cow does not consume enough at ANW. This defense must come within 10 seconds of the initial charge\/insult being said. If said defense is not made in 10 seconds or deemed not enthusiastic enough by Cow then Leo will be penalized.”<\/p>\n Rule #9 (ANW 2016)<\/strong> – In response to an extraordinarily egregious violation of protocol, etiquette, decorum and plain good sense by Leo (breaking a 1\/5th of Dickel by throwing it into the bag) the following was implemented by the rules committee:<\/p>\n “Due to the events of the morning of 11\/5\/2016 Leo shall consume one shot of George Dickel whiskey at the 7th hole of each round of Disc Golf.
